Three young guys, two engineers and a sales man in the early 80s knew sound could be a whole bunch better . They designed and built an amplifier using a early design from the archives of a vault in the the UK company Thorn EMI where they were both apprentice electronic engineers.

They used parts they had ( Correction Thorn EMI had ) with sound being the founding principle of everything created . They then needed a sales outlet, Brighton HiFi was a shop in the seaside town and Craig Hill ran it with his father . ONIX AUDIO was born and history was made .
