We think social media is a major reason the world is in its current situation - The excess of  false news  on Facebook, Tik Tok and fake reviews on Trustpilot is beyond a joke.  It creates too much destructive uncertainty amongst those that cant see or don't look for the truth . We feel that those that use social media to vent their own issues are misled by social media  itself , this being a solution to their problems. We would rather deal with our own issues with self refection than affirmation of others.

The facts of social media,  and how it works

1:- Social media needs engagement, Algorithms make the user engage with it , you become the product , its only function is to sell advertising  to those that use it . This is how they make money . That's fine, but see it for what it is . Mark Zuckerberg's - Facebook founder - new yacht was not free ( 300 Million USD ) We wont sell ourselves or become beholden as a social media product . We are independent and like it that way . Facebook attracts a certain person and a certain company . Its a media platform and you are the product they sell.

 

2:- We have been subject to people posting claims we did not carry out our obligations on some forms of social media . This has proven rife amongst those that think everything in life is free.  Some do this in an effort to blackmail us & to extort goods or money from us using the internet  as their threat  . They think we will run scared of this type of coercion , we are sure most people know this goes on .. We never bow to any type of blackmail , and challenge anyone to prove what is posted is actually true .  We know after 40 years and 100K customers we will gather a few lunatics to balance the odds . We offer rewards for proof of our wrongdoing. More than this 100K customers cant be wrong . All we ask is to see it for what it is.

 

3:- We have an open door policy that means we will resolve everything within reason to assist our customers . All we ask is that you communicate with us,  let us resolve your issues and remain on good terms before you scream  on social media with impunity.  In 40 years, only a few have been unhappy with what they claim we have done . None have told us before posting about it on social media .. Why ?

4:- Social media is not what makes your life complete ,  more often than not it bares no truth to the reality of what people are posting. We think it has harmed a whole generation, we just wont be party to its false promise . Or beholden to it . We are real,  and proud of it . We don't hide behind false names .
