Please read every section before claiming warranty , these are our terms and conditions, and are set out so that you understand what we require from you , and what you can expect from us .

The Company & Contact
You conduct business with OA21 Ltd, a UK entity/company registered at companies house in the United Kingdom at ( OA21 Ltd 20-22 Wenlock Road London NW1 7GU.) You are not trading with any individual . You conduct business with OA21 Ltd ( A MANUFACTURER ) . ALL communication must be made in the first instance via our contact page, and our website https://www.oa21.com to inform us of communication you may wish to send to our registered office . Physical letters can be sent to us, but only after we have been notified by our contact page online that you wish to send them, NOTE:- We do not accept unsolicited mail and need to be notified of all mail sent to our registered office . If you fail to do this unsolicited mail will be destroyed .
No packages must be sent in any form to our registered address We will inform you of the address to return goods too. We accept emails ( HERE ) and reply as required, but all communication must be made to the company in the first instance directly via our website using the methods above. Communication must not be made to any individual member of staff. Unless you have been otherwise instructed in writing by email & OA21 Ltd
Due to excessive unsolicited scam mail, and continued attempts to deceive us , we must be notified by email via our website of any mail you wish to send us . No personal mail for any member of staff will be accepted at any time . Security of authenticity is our aim
Warranty Conditons
You must in the first instance contact your local dealer or where you purchased your unit, If you suspect your unit has failed under warranty and after you have checked all possible causes. If you purchased our product via a dealer you must be advised by them , and they will advise you it will be resolved . If you suspect your product has failed and it is under warranty you must contact them or us via our site here - https://www.oa21.com/contact within 5 years of purchase date . We will always assist to help you if required by phone .

We must be informed of any claim before returning anything to us, You must provide a serial number, when the unit was purchased and from where . You must have the original purchase receipt supplied by an authorized dealer or by us ( OA21 Ltd ). You must send pictures of your unit via email with the serial number still attached. to the back of the unit . We will issue a a RMAN ( Return Material Authorization Number ). No unit can be sent back without this number issued by us .We will provide details of the return address, with instruction . We will require a copy of the original purchase receipt , in the package you send us with your unit inside , and details of the fault . This is a condition of all warranty claims . We will return the unit at our cost if all procedures above are completed For 5 years from the date of purchase .

We will not honour ANY claim if we know or suspect the unit or any parts within it are stolen or not genuine . We will not accept any claim if the unit has been repaired or modified before we receive it. . We will not refund the cost paid of any "advance replacement" boards if the above conditions are not met . If a pre-paid advance replacement board is sent out that is an upgrade or an issue upgrade, and the claimed warranty unit to be replaced and sent back is not the same issue number ( I.E Issue Numbers and or condition are not as we expect or it was used in an unacceptable manner ) we will reduce the amount refunded by an appropriate amount . This may include "no refund at all" if the boards have been abused / mistreated or water damage has occurred. If the advance board or parts we send out are not swapped with return of the faulty boards or parts , or If they are not sent back within 30 days no refund will be made in any form, and the claim will be closed , as such it will be considered an outright purchase of a new part/or boards and not a warranty claim.
Note : -When the whole complete unit is returned

If the unit is returned incomplete, we may charge for any missing parts at a replacement parts rate , No unit will be returned from us to you unless it meets our specification and safety requirements . Furthermore payment will have to be made before we return the unit if payment is required . Payment must be made within 30 days , or the unit may be retained by us with a storage fee added each week . Until payment is cleared . All warranty payments are by credit transfer only to our specific corporate account . OA21 Ltd
Privacy Policy
We work within the GDPR and the data protection laws of Europe and the UK. We will not pass your details to any third party or use your details without your consent outside of our group of companies. We do not hold details of bank accounts or credit/debit card numbers at any point , and we use a third party provider that conforms to all data protection . We hold details you have passed to us, in the knowledge we do not hold any account details or details of your financial status. religious bias, or sexual orientation .
