Missing out details, creates a dis-honest review

Change a few words and it not the same thing

A few people seem to live in a bubble of righteous entitlement, and never consider that as a company they are not the only people in our lives. Yes its rife, just a few but we are not here just for them .

Lets get this known :-

We want each and every customer to be happy and pleased with every purchase of any of our products

but we are a company, and we make things , so we do not sit in front of our computers each and every day

we must be allowed a few hours to answer an email . Its not unreasonable ... NO ITS NOT

We are happy for any feed back we get , and will try to resolve all issues , but we will not just jump because some expect us to and say so , and we will not tolerate lies and deception from anyone . If you are a customer you matter but if you lie to us ..YOU DON'T

We are proud of our integrity , we are proud of what we make and as such we still believe that others and our customer have integrity too .. Talk to us we want to hear from you, but lie to us and we don't .
