Whilst we are not in the habit of responding to spurious claims of wrong doing, there are times we just cannot stay quiet.

The below site is posted by a narcissistic Lier who's user name is Simfin posting wherever he can. We cant use his name as he screams to our providers and gets our site unpublished for using his name . This defines a pure troll living life without showing who he is .

1:- We make it clear who you deal with, and at no time did he deal with or pay our CEO HE DID NOT DEAL WITH ADAM WORSFOLD EVER . He tried to blackmail us with social media threats . He screams when we post his name.

2:- We have many points of contact, all a legal requirement and approved. We hide from no one ( he hides from everyone even the police ) . We use a serviced office for handling our documents, it is far safer and authorised by companies house under UK Law . It makes sure we comply with the law.

​​2:- He agreed 1300 GBP as a part payment for an amplifier, we do not sell it for that much ever, it cost us more than that to make !! but 1300 was not a full payment. He does not post all invoices or emails strange don't you think ? He breached our agreement to pay the balance - he didn't pay us - then he tried to get away with no further payment by posting lies on social media . We cant publish his emails to us, as we wont break the law like he does.

3:- He was supposed to return a part exchange unit that made up for the balance of payment, He did not return the part exchange unit , as such he did not pay us in full . Simple, we still owned the unit he had , it remained property of OA21 Ltd

4:- He delayed all communication until it suited him, and did not make any effort to contact us prior to complaining about the unit not working , at which time he expected us to deal with it before he paid in full . We agreed to get the unit back. It was still ours at that point , we suspected he would not pay - we were right
We protected our asset - Simple .

5:- When our amp was returned to us we kept it with a lien ( until he paid the balance). Under our terms and conditions of sale . He was offered an ability to pay us but did not take it up . He demanded a refund after 2 years !! but when we got the amp back it was not faulty . We don't take kindly to this type of deception to get money from us , we welcome a legitimate claim but not under false pretence .

6: Our terms and conditions were pointed out to him, but he chose to ignore them knowing full well he has no ability to win in a court case against us. He has not tried or suggested to take us to court .. Ask yourself why ?
7:- We will now sue him for the damage he has done to our good reputation and that of our CEO . Adam Worsfold had nothing to do with the transaction but like others they think they juts post with impunity Adam will make an example of this guy now . This guys stupidity is amazing, typifying a lonely little man . Most likely a dangerous one to others as well . We will publish the court documents when we have won or lost on this page. We don't hide and can publish those.

8:- We make and sell products, his suggestion we don't is plain ridiculous . We have been around for 40 years and have over 100K customers in the 40 year run Yet he suggests we don't make anything . His prescribed drugs aren't working
9:- We will resolve this issue with him legally, and if we win an award of damages. We will bankrupt him, and we will force the sale if his assets including his house to pay us if required . We run a business not a charity, we work on respect , to keep it solvent is to protect all of our customers and the service we offer. We will not jump to the lies and coercion of a mentally sick individual that makes up stories to blackmail us . His site above will be his financial ruin, all over his lies he could not help creating . We have to do this for everyone , the customer is NOT always right .. He proved it on line and we will too .
